I am having a problem with any sntp client trying to attach to Time Servers outside the firewall. I have tried Atomic Clock and Atomtime98. Are there any special configuration changes I need to make to allow clients to connect to external time servers?
Thanks,

A better approach is to activate the NTP server ON the SME server itself, then use its internal IP address as the NTP server for you LAN clients.
Go to the Date and Time panel, click on Enable NTP Service, and type in the address of your desired external NTP host. That will keep the SME box updated, and allow your host to use their own gateway to sync.

Stupid me, I should have thought of that. Thanks, that worked great.

Or, if you put a "net time" command in the netlogon.bat file, you won't need to run additional software in your clients.

But only so long as you're logging on with admin priv's if it's a win32 machine, win9x machines should be fine with that.
