Title: IPSEC NETWORK TO NETWORK

I am trying to implement the IPSec Server-Server in the Howto section

Is a prerequisite that the servers be raw on the internet

as opposed to

The server is behind a Router with Port 500 forwarded

UDP 500 and UDP 4500, but the clients behind the IPSec server will need to be natted.
