Hi tadej.cepin,
OrangeHRM requires PHP5 and Mysql5. Both of these are not (yet) standard part SME Server. Installation would require quite some effort and probably break the possibility for upgrade to newer versions of SME Server.
SME 8 is probably the next release and has both these requirements.
Kind regards,
jester.

Thanks for reply. I went to look around and I found that OrangeHRM requires atleast MySQL 4.1 to function properly, which is implemented in SME 7.x and I found out that php5 wouldn't be such a problem to get working on SME and not to break anything. Here is great tutorial how to do that:
http://sme.firewall-services.com/spip.php?article46
And now I would like to here someone who know how to implement OrangeHRM on SME 7.x.
TNX!

well.. you have mysql, php.. so,
- create an i-bay (es. orangehrm)
- download orangehrm
- unzip/untar it into /home/e-smith/files/ibays/orangehrm/html
- go to http://yourservername/orangehrm with your favourite browser and follow setup intruction you find on http://orangehrm.com/home/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=28
that's it
