Title: smtp-auth with securemail contrib all of a sudden stopped

I don't recall the procedure for configuring the SMTP server and setting the name and password for this contrib.

All of a sudden I'm getting mailer-daemon failures on outbound messages with Access Denied messages from my ISP's SMTP server.

I see that pagefault.org no longer exists, and the google cache is gone.  Anyone have any idea on where the documentation exists or how to configure it?
