Title: Double Email

I'm getting an error with Double Email on my server. I looked in Mail Log File Analysis and I see about 400 reasons for failure with "Temporary error on maildir delivery.  (#4.3.0)/I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue to"

Any help would be greatly appreciated
