Title: Making a user a domain admin
Post by: Doug Nordwall on March 17, 2002, 07:50:05 PM
Is there a way, shy of making a custom template, to make a user a domain admin?

Take a look at Darrell's User-Manager panels, which, among other things, allows you to allow certain users to access certain admin panels...

I actually did look at this, but it does not provide the functionality that I am looking for. I am looking for a way to have a user be a member of the domain admin group as defined in the smb.conf file, without hacking it together.
