Couldn't read packet: Connection reset by peer

same output with winSCP

Is this a problem from my end, or should I file a bug?

Apologies for the delay, could not reproduce the intermittent problem until today.
Definitely from my end, Putty worked when FileZilla wouldn’t.
I updated FileZilla from 2.2.31 to 3.0.3 and it appears all is well.

Side note, the above wiki link for Releasing Contribs shows a blank page today. (Maybe someone’s revamping the page?)
