Title: How to fine tune Spamassassin in SME 7.2 with SARE Rules?

How could I add the rules from this site
http://www.rulesemporium.com/ to my SME 7.2
installation or change the default scores for the rules
already installed on SME.

I have the same questions and have searched the forums to no avail.  Would like to add negative rules so the HAM gets through while being able to reject more SPAM.
