Title: Do get write access: OOM for frozen buffer

I've found my server hang with this error.
 
Do get write access: OOM for frozen buffer

I can identify this error with a hardware failure or it is a software bug.
If it is a hardware failure:
How do I can identify if I am having troubles with the hard disk, or maybe the trouble is that the size of the PC is not adequate to the amount of users of the server (It is just a little PII with 256Mb)
