Title: Password Protect Folder in i-bay when browsing locally.

Hi, help,
I want to password protect a folder in an i-bay so that anyone, regardless of username / group etc is prompted for a password.  Note that I don't wish to allow access via http / ftp but only over the local LAN.  Can anyone help please?
