Post by: painkiller on September 04, 2007, 11:57:07 PM
I got SAil up and running, i can call via sip and a normal pots line (asp-3000). When i calling in the voicemail kick's in in 2 ringtimes. Where can i changes this, i wone changes this to 6 or 7 ringtimes. I treid in globels (internal ring delay) but that didn't work.

HI,

Internal ring delay is set in seconds (not ring cycles).

You can also set each idividual phone by doing *26*nn at the phone (where nn is the number of seconds you want the phone to ring before diverting or dropping to voicemail).

The only exception to these settings is if you are using a ring or hunt group.  In this case, the ring delay in the ring/hunt group overrides the individual phone settings.

Kind Regards

For phones that don't support a trailing * in the feature code (DECT units, Mitel and various others) you can also use an 8.  *268

Best
