I have settup a ivr menu, but i doesn't show up in trunklines open inbound routes. Everythings works an alias i setup works and shows up in open inbouds routes. The only thing that shows up in de drop down list under ivr is all greetings i have made?

What you are seeing is correct. Each IVR is "locked" to a greeting number. When you create the IVR you elect which greeting number to lock it to (associate it with) at the top level. Then, to enable the IVR in an inbound route, you select the greeting number (not the IVR name). This is a little confusing but it's just the way it works.
