Title: NO WEB BROWSER ACCESS TO MY SME SERVER
Post by: ccupani on September 16, 2007, 10:16:50 PM
I cannot access my server from a web browser.  My servers IP address is 192.168.1.150.  It will not take it.  Can't do it using the domain name either, obviously.  I can se it in a windows workgroup and also access it via SSH using the ip address.

This just started yesterday.  Server is about 2 months old.  Any help is appreciated.

Can you restart httpd-admin with the cli command:
service httpd-admin restart

and then try to access https://192.168.1.150/server-manager

And if that doesn't work, take a look at the end of /var/log/messages for a line :
Aug 11 09:25:22 sme httpd-admin: Restarting httpd-admin succeeded

or a fail message.

Post that info here or in the bug track.

Did you do any upgrades and so on? Is your harddisk full?

The latter can be checked like this from the SME Server shell:
Code: [Select]
