Title: bay has not yet been customized??? Help!!!

I created a new virtual domain, and mapped my DNS to it www.xblah.com. I created a new info bay and mapped it to this domain, then I created a html folder in the info bay and put a html doc in there but it won't come up!

All I get it "bay has not yet been customized"!
What am I doing wrong??? Please help!

I just discovered if I go to www.xblah.com/files/html/index.htm my site comes up. Why does that work? How do I put the files in the "root" of the bay?
I followed the instructions exactly what am I missing???

Have you deleted the existing html file that sits in the ibay when you first create the ibay ie the one that says "bay has not yet been customized".
