Title: ventrilo not reachable after fai ip change

Hello

I have add a new service running on a sme7 server gateway
this service use port 3784 (it's a ventrilo server)
service ventrilo has status enable and public acces and define to use tcp 3784
and udp 3784
the forwarding of ports is done in server-manager 3784 udp and tcp
the service is configure to run at startup.

The service runs ok and is reachable from lan and wan but:
when the ip change (dynamic ip FAI) the service is not reachable anymore from
the wan even when dyndns has resolve the new ip.

All current other services are reachable, dyndns client changes the ip

To make the service added reachable again i have to :
# signal-event remoteaccess-update

My config
SME server-gateway mode (up to date)
dyndns.org name
Wanadoo FAI Adsl 8Mo


It was in bugzilla http://bugs.contribs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1977 (http://bugs.contribs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1977) but closed after 7.1 was released.

you will need to add more
services2adjust and templates2expand

to
/etc/e-smith/events/ip-up
