Title: To block the access to certain IP

Hello friends.  
I need to block the access to certain IP or places web for the computers of my net. These are behind a servant EMS.  
How can I make this?

look at squidGuard
it will allow you to block all internet to certain local ip's
allow local ip's filtered net access
allow local ip's un-filtered net access.

works well.

Is anyone working on making Squid(gard) manageable from the SME admin panel?
