Title: SME Server not accepting mail (port 25) for virtual domain

Hi all

I am having a strange issue with two different virtual domains that I have setup on my SME 7.2 box. I am having issues receiving email for either of them but am able to receive email for the primary domain. When attempting a test to the server from an external source i.e. "telnet domain.name 25", I a getting varying results for the connectivity. The exact same situation (different domains) works perfectly on another system)

I have been investigating this issue from all angles and want to try and eliminate any possibility that it could be a SME related issue. It appears that all DNS/MS records are ok (web access working as expected on the virtual domains)

Does anyone know of any known issues with receiving mail for a virtual domain (I have searched but couldnt find anything specific) or is there a way to check if the system is receiving on port 25 for the virtual domain. I have performed a "netstat -ant" and the system and the port appears open for all addresses.

You might want to try to give more details for those results?

I would start by looking into the smtp logfiles (/var/log/qpsmtpd/current). That log is very detailed.
