Post by: Deamon on October 11, 2007, 01:15:02 PM
After an update last night and a reconfiguration/reboot the server stops after "Enabling local filesystem quotas:"
There's some important information from that day on the server which is not backuped the night before...

Please advise!

Regards,
Ronald

If you have a large hard drive, it can take a long time to calculate the existing quota usage. Be patient.

The size is "just" 40 Gb, and the  message is shown for almost 10 hours, seems a bit to long to me, is there an option for recovery and bypass the updates???

An other question, it a software raid one, possibly the changes are not written to the 2nd drive, in that case, how to boot (didn't search yet on the forum for it)
