Hi Selintra,
I have just been adding a new Trunk definition (Pennytel) to my setup,
I notice some odd things in the carrier definitions.
- The Template has 888XXXXXX to indicate a pennytel username, but the template should have 'username' there instead, that way when defining the trunk the username will correctly be substituted.
- The Host URL of pennytel is defined as an IP address, it would be better to have sip.pennytel.com there to allow for any address changes.
- In the '[peer]' section it has some odd entries, the uncommented 'is' and 'deep' cause error messages on my Asterisk console with regard to "no = present", By commenting out,or deleting these all works fine
;spleep
is
deep
The first 2 points are cosmetic, but would be good to clean up.
and with the last point, are these typo's or are they expressions that should be there but incorrectly entered ?
Thanks

HI There
Thanks for the very polite post pointing out what is clearly a major cock-up on our part. :-)
I'll have them clean it up now.
Apologies for the mess

Hi again,
I have summarily executed several members of the build team; - sometimes you just have to be cruel to be kind.
You can find a new rpm at
ftp://selintra.co.uk/sail-2.1.14/
User-id is guest, password is guest. Release you need is -522.
Kind Regards

Hi Selintra,
Thanks for the quick fix !
Although, I did a 'yum localupdate selintra-sail-2.1.14-522.noarch.rpm'
and then 'signal-event post-upgrade; signal-event reboot'
All looked good, until I clicked on the Trunklines selection, where I recieve...
Software error:
Global symbol "$fmacaddr" requires explicit package name at /etc/e-smith/web/panels/manager/cgi-bin/sarktrunk line 523.
Execution of /etc/e-smith/web/panels/manager/cgi-bin/sarktrunk aborted due to compilation errors.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (admin), giving this error message and the time and date of the error.
It is only Trunklines that results in this, and I have tried a 'commit' from the 'Global Settings' with to no resolve.

Doh!
Loaded the wrong rpm - try -523 - it's up there on the ftp server now.
