Title: Missing Permissions - Input/Output Error on maildir message

Don't you just love a mystery,

Today one of our user ended up with 7 messages that should have been in other users mailboxes, but instead where in his ~/Maildir/cur directory.  He could not POP messages because he did not own them.  I moved these out and was left with this one message:

?---------  ? ?        ?               ?            ? 1190748252.14706.mail:2,
Cannot cat, less, mv, rm or just about anything this message.  I ended up having to move the directory and rebuild it.

Anyone have any clues?   The user is a Mac user on OSX, but other than that a pretty ordinary user who has POP-ed and use webmail to check messages.

Looks like your filesystem might be corrupted to me. Shut down. Test RAM. Do full file system check on next reboot.
