Title: Yum not completing

I built a brand new SME 7.2 server today (not my first time). In fact twice assuming I made a mistake.

I do a software update after the install and reboot and yum starts, downloads, performs the post-installs, says installed then "Completed!" but it never goes any farther. The same screen will continue to refresh. I've let it sit for hours, then rebooted it. On reboot I'm back to the same messages. ps says yum is running. if I kill it, yum starts again.

What am I doing wrong? I've done this exact same process several times in the past two weeks without a problem.
