How to clear chace memory ? because the memory my computer will be full..i see from sme7admin, this is right or wrong configuration ?

Your server is storing frequently used files and/or processes in cache for quicker access. If the server needs any of that memory, it will take it automatically and then give it back when it is done.
It makes your server run faster, why would you want to clear your cache memory?

You want the server to avoid using the swap space, it is slow and will slow the server way down.
Your server is working properly and as designed.

Think of it this way, if you computer is no using all of the RAM what is going to do, just sit there and go to waste. So to help utilise the computer and its resources to the best of its ability the computer uses all of your RAM, when something needs the RAM it is reallocated to the required process. When that RAM is no longer required it goes back into the service of the system.
