Hi

Oscommerce runs with the standard installation with the primary ibay. Is there a Howto to configure it for other ibays?

For several reasons it is best not to run webapps under an ibay. There is a contrib to install osCommerce in /opt: http://wiki.contribs.org/OsCommerce
and maybe you could use SME Site Maker script to make multiple instances (not for use with ibays!): http://wiki.contribs.org/SME_Site_Maker

Never used both before so just pointing you in a hopefully usable direction...

Is there a possibilty to use it with different domains? I ask because I am using the dungog-domains, I have four different domains on my server and would like to use for each domain a different oscommerce. Is this possible?
