Title: Problem installing Kronolith
Post by: Stiven on November 06, 2007, 01:41:03 PM
Hi,

I tried to install Kronolith unscuccessfully. For information, I followed the how-to http://wiki.contribs.org/Kronolith (http://wiki.contribs.org/Kronolith).

Here is the result I've had after having executed :

Code: [Select]
yum --enablerepo=smedev install smeserver-kronolith
Code: [Select]

There looks to be a problem with syncing to the mirrors.  No ones contribs are in the smedev repo currently.

So what ?...

So wait until it's fixed, or open a bug and see if you can get Shad to look at what is causing this.  Maybe there was a change in philosophy on what is going to be sync'd that I didn't see.

I am still getting "nothing to do" from

yum --enablerepo=smedev install smeserver-kronolith

Has the rpm been moved to another repository?

You are correct.  No contribs are currently being replicated to the smedev repo.  The devs want to move those to smecontribs.  I have just not had enough time to work with Shad on learning what I need to do to make this happen.  If you really want the RPM, then send me an email to bennettj at johnbennettservices dot com and I'll send it to you.  I am having issues getting to my contribs site via shell.contribs.org, which used to work.

Got more responses than I thought I would.  I have placed three zip files for kronolith, nag, and mnemo here:
