Hi,
I am new to SME but I have got most of the mail working very well - thanks to the easy setup. I am getting mail for several domains via SMTP fine. My Wife who has runs a small business with a partner has a hosted web site and a single POP3 mail box. The problem I have is that there are 4 email addresses associated with that POP3 mail box. I looked into using fetchmail to download the mail, but I cannot see how to sort it into the 4 mail boxes using fetchmail.
Am I missing something or am I barking up the wrong tree - should be looking into a different method of sorting the mail? Any help / pointers would be gratefully received.

Fetchmail is the right tool for what you're trying to do.
You will need to add the domain name for the remote email to your SME under 'domains', then make sure that you create accounts or pseudonyms on the SME box that exactly match the email addresses that are collected in the remote POP3 mailbox.
Then just tell fetchmail to collect the email.
(Note: this is my understanding; I've never used fetchmail on SME...)

Thanks for the reply.
I have setup the doman together with user accounts. The problem I have is that there is a single POP3 mailbox for all the mail to that domain. I am looking for a method to separate that mail into 4 different users mailbox.

Many thanks for the reply.
One thing that is not clear to me using E-mail_Retrieval, can I use multidrop and still receive mail via SMTP for other domains? or is it a case on one or the other.
