Are you read the SME documentation?
SME distribution is oriented for serious servers, not the same as general distros. Please, read and learn at wiki.

Hello,
i have searched a lot of time on net and named "howto's" for the "usage" folder
but found NONE information for the use of webalizer statistics.
All i found was a file with "usage" configuration at
/etc/httpd/confd/webalizer.conf but NO information to use/configure it
for each ibay or the whole server traffic.
There is a realy need for help!
i try to understand the sme server logic
