Title: user authuntication for internet access - squid issue

How can I force authentication for a group of users  to access the net during certain time of the day? Example:
Group: shift group 1
Access Internet without authintication all day except from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Access Internet from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
