Hello,
maybe someone can help me.
Yesterday i created an new trunkline (sipgate.at). It works perfectly.
But somehow there is just the DID Number SIP/IAX Name of the Sipgate trunk in my Alias (pull down menu -> trunk for external numbers).
AnalogFXO (TDM01B) is missing.
Thanks

Which release are you running?

sail-2.2.1-582

Provided you have correctly probed your TDM01 (using the PCI Cards panel) and your zap line appears in the normal trunks panel, then it should appear in the Alias external trunk drop down as Zap-1/1.
If it doesn't then this does indeed look like a little bug. You'll need to send us a copy of your selintra DB (/home/e-smith/db/selintra) to admin@selintra.com
Kind Regards

I think I have this same problem.
sail-2.2.1-589 (upgraded to this version from 2.1 not too long ago)
Zap1-1 through Zap4-1 in Trunks (4 FXO TDM04B).
"Trunk for external numbers" for an alias only shows Zap1-1 and SIP/IAX trunks.
I would expect the "Trunk for external numbers" to show Zap Group plus individual Zap Trunks. I would imagine the Zap Group to be the most commonly needed option.
Is there any way to specify Zap Group options? A file to edit?
Thanks,
G
p.s. I can e-mail any file you might need...

Hi G
This is kind of a bug/documentation (don't know which) error. The AGI will always use the zap group on an alias outbound dial, irrespective of which zap line you actually choose.
Try it and then watch on the console. You should see it dial zap/2/<number>.
Kind Regards

Ahh, then it's more of a display issue.
Testing shows you are absolutely correct, Sir.
Thank you very much,
G
