I upgrade from 7.2 to 7.3, all seems to work ok, but when i read the new features i saw this:
Console
-------
- Now able to remove Corporate DNS setting
- Raid reconstruction now finishes after using "sme nolvm" passed at install
time
Backups
-------
- Ability to use console restore with CD or DVD recordable media
- Remove smbpasswd file prior to restore
OK, so i try to find the new backup feature but i havent, and neither the "console" remove corporate dns, why???????

Please re read carefully, all it means is under the backup part of the release notes we have now made available the ability to use the restore from console using CD / DVD media.
and neither the "console" remove corporate dns, why???????
Please take time to read the manual and specifically the corporate dns section and you will see how to add/remove.

OK, i do the question again: How can i use the new feature of using cd/dvd media in backup/restore?
I look at backup (in server-manager) and i dont have the option, so i look at the console, and also i dont have the option, so where is present this new feature?
thanks

OK, i do the question again: How can i use the new feature of using cd/dvd media in backup/restore?
This section here of the release notes:
Backups
-------
- Ability to use console restore with CD or DVD recordable media
- Remove smbpasswd file prior to restore
All it states is what is says:
Ability to use console restore with CD or DVD recordable media.
So that means you do your backup in the normal SME Server way (See manual for details if your unclear) then with the added the ability you can burn your smeserver.tgz on to a CD or DVD recordable media and after installing for the very first time (where it asks you to restore "yes/no") you can choose yes and insert your relevant CD media to restore from it.
