Title: New to this game !

Hi,
I have recently introduced us to the world of e-smith mail and web serving.
However after the installation no one internal to the building can call up our external website.  Can anyone advise which setting I need to adjust.

If you configured your SME box with 'yourcompany.com' it will automatically be assigned a hostname of 'www.yourcompany.com,' and will direct your internal users to itself, rather than the REAL 'www.yourcompany.com.'  If this is the case with you, just go into the Hostnames and addresses panel, and change the 'www' alias from "Self' to 'Remote' --- then enter the IP address of the REAL www.yourcompany.com.
