Title: [Adding user] with out email or not included in global address book

Hi,

Is is possible to add a username which will not have an email account or it is not seen in the global address book?

I'm asking this because I want to add an username and use it as default login for a automatic backup of files from different computers towards sme which I am also using as a fileserver.
