SME doesn't know anything about your hw raid... (how should it?)
(if your installation went ok - it does however at least see a single hd ... )
For a hardware raid you have to: Install / use the control software that mfg does supply
In your case: http://www.intel.com/support/chipsets/iaa_raid/
you are out of luck: http://www.intel.com/support/chipsets/imst/sb/CS-009343.htm
Also, is stop install is no find disk to instal sme7.3
Sry I do not understand.

Motherboard has integrated RAID controller (Intel(R) Matrix Storage Manager.
As this appears to be NOT supported, then you should disable the onboard RAID controller, and when you do the sme server install (again), select the software RAID1 option.
Software RAID1 works very well.
...is stop install is no find disk to instal sme7.3
That message is probably occuring as your RAID controller/drives are not detected. Use software RAID1 instead.
