just started playing with SME8, and noticed my XP had the wrong time. All office machines sync off the SME box.
Doubly weird because when I tried to manually sync to the sme8 I got a report about different stratum's ( why would it sync yet report it wasn't working)
Yet the XP had set it's time to the SME8 box's wrong time
Next weirdness, the default time server in sme8 is smeserver.xxx , but the time shown did not have my 5hr adjustment, ( showed current time minus 5 hours yet stated it was EST
Using a different time server resolved the wrong time on the sme8 box, so it looks like the smeserver TIMEserver isn't playing nice with the SME8 box
and finally, the link to BUGS is off line
OTOH, great that MySQL5 now loads!
And my Paypal account is working again so I can send in a contibution!
