Title: Wrong external ip-address in server-manager
Post by: Lum-chan on February 12, 2008, 10:03:49 PM
I have looked through the forum but couldn't find something similar.
The problem is in the server-manager under 'review configuration'. It shows an external ip address but it's all wrong. I even doesn't change if I receive a new ipc from my ISP
When I check the status of my external adapter with ifconfig eth0 (yes 0, I swapped eth0 with eth1) it shows the correct ip-address. It is the same one when I check the firewall with GRC.com.

Has anyone seen this before or knows how to fix this. It has been since 7.2 and after de upgrade to 7.3 it still shows the same ip-address.

Thanks in advance.

Sorry for the late reaction.

Got it fixed. The problem is due to the swapping of eth0 and ath1. When reversing back to default, everyting is displayed correctly.
YAY!
