Title: Password with Special Characters don't work (ä,Ü..)

Problem
Samba does not work with
Password with Special Characters don't work (ä,Ü..)
Length 15 Characters

does someone  know help?

Please report issues to the bugtracker, AFAIK passwords should support those special charachers.
