Title: Webcal

I instal Webcal everything webt fine but when i try reach the page on my browser i have this error message
" Can't locate /home/e-smith/files/ibays/webcal/cgi-bin/webcal_conf.pm at /home/e-smith/files/ibays/webcal/cgi-bin/webcal.cgi line 95.

In the Wecal ibays give access
  write = group
  read = everyone
