Title: Disable anon ftp access

Is there a way to disable anon ftp access both in and outside the network?

Also - is there a way to redirect a users ftp access to the primary web site or a virtual web site?

sorry - forgot to add.. I am currently running 4.1.2... is it worth the upgrade to 5.x?

evidentally not. cause I did and I cant get exturnal ftp to work. I have checked all configurations and they are correct, and have asked for help and no one helped.
So evidentally is its broken in 5.1.2
