Hi, we're trying to get video calling working, we have included the line "videosupport=yes" in the extension config, but the calls still only rings as voice only, the tracing shows a frame per second field, but no mention of H263 in the codec negotiation??, any ideas Guys?? We're setting up a softphone on a laptop with a webcam to see if we can shed any light on this.
Ok, x-lite does not work either, so it's not the phone hardware.

Can't help much I'm afraid because we've never tried using video. All we can offer is the voip-info page....

Let us know how you get on.

Hi,
What hardware are you using?
I know xlite to xlite works.
Thanks,

Hmmm, we can't get the video to work for x-lite either, what config settings do you have??, did you have to change anything from default??
-
No, It was easy to get them working, these are not the free version, we bought the Pro version. The screen is small but you can dettach and make it bigger manually.
The reason I asked about the hardware is because we wanted to try these http://cgi.ebay.com/Grandstream-GXV-3000-Video-Phone-NEW_W0QQitemZ330215833310QQihZ014QQcategoryZ61839QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Did you get them working via selintra???, or just direct between pc's??
-
Tis all OK, the "Sponge" got it working, lol a guy that works with me, anyways all works fine via selintra, x-lite - x-lite, and also a couple of vid phones we have been playing with, all is good!!.
