Title: Custom SME distro

Hi, I'm sure I've seen this been asked before (years ago on the old forum perhaps) but I can't find it using a search. I'd like to customise the SME distro (own branding if you like) then burn to a CD - is there a how to for this? I install SME regularly customers that purchase servers from me and it would be more professional if I could brand certain things with the company name / logo.

I think it would also be nice / handy to include certain contribs that one always use?
