Is there a way of dropping emails even the user is not logged on.
So if there is an email from domain: *@abc.com, all these email are accepted by the mail server but are dropped in the trash or whatever else folder?
Thanks

Why would you want to do that?

Accepting or not accepting emails is completely independent of users being logged on or not.

ElFroggio,
Are you trying to say that you want to filter out or reject mails from *@abc.com?

I want the mail server to accept the email from *@abc.com, but I don't want it to be delivered to the user.
1. Some users will be away for long trips, and will be getting their emails through crackberries.
2. A few of them belong to some very heavy mailing lists, that the crackberries can't cope with the volumes.
3. 3 of the users don't want to unsubscribe and later resubscribe to these mailing lists.
Thanks
