Title: How to disable SARK PBX System Alarm
Post by: soprom on April 07, 2008, 03:33:56 AM
Hi,

I installed Selintra on a second machine in case of problems.
How do I stop it until needed.
If I remove the init.d starter, it sends me alarms.

Thanks!

Hi sophie

I think you can just set diagnostic alerts to "none" in Globals panel.

If that doesn't work then let me know.  However you can still do this...

Look in /etc/cron.hourly

There is a batch job in there which runs the diagnostic/alarm routines every hour.  Copy/move it somewhere else for safe keeping and delete it from /etc/cron-hourly

Best

Jeff

I removed it from the cron.hourly and alerts stopped.
Thanks!
