Title: FTP access to I-bays: uable to install remoteuseraccess
Post by: hroesler on April 19, 2008, 07:01:05 AM
I have been trying to set up FTP access on my SME server, using the "FTP access to I-bays" article in the Howto section, but can't seem to install remoteuseraccess. What I get is an error message: Error getting repository data for dungog, repository not found.

I am running SME server 7.3 in server only mode, it is installed in a LAN behind a hardware router/firewall. I have enable FTP access in the server panel, forwarded the FTP port in the router firewall. DHCP is handled by the router.

I have searched the contribs as best as I could...I know I am missing something about how to install remoteuseraccess.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

The GPL Dungog repo is dead. Long live Dungog :)

Try using the smecontribs repo.

That did the trick. I was able to download remoteuseraccess.

Thanks for the tip, William!
