Title: Backup Help 2 SME 7.3 Servers

I need help from the pros, I am not a Linux guru be no means so please include a detailed example. I have 2 identical sme servers, each one is setup as server only on a private network, Server 1 is the main server for all the files, I want to back up all of Server 1 to Server 2 which is the backup server. I do not understand how to use cron or rsync, all the examples look complicated, Please help in layman terms.
