Hi all,
I now have a great working system here (thanks to Del and selintra), and retrieving voice mails that are left on my ext. 5007 (a Grandstream Budge Tome 100 IP phone) is no problem. All I need to do is push the "Message" button, and enter my password.
Now I'm trying to do the same with the phone ext. 5002 that is connected to a SPA3000 (Linksys)
As the phone that I'm using with the SPA3000 does not have a "Message" button I need to dial *50* + SEND (*50*#), but for some reason this does not work :(
All I keep getting is as soon as I press the 2nd * is a busy tone.
Anyone here who might know what I need to set/change to be able to get the voice mails?

The SPA dial plan is not allowing the second * through. Fortunately, the Selintra developers sometimes get it right and they already thought of this. You can use an 8 instead... *508
:)

Looks I made a small mistake.
It's not allowing the 1st * (and I guess also the 2nd) through.
As soon as I press the * I get a busy tone.

Change the dialplan in the spa3K to this...
(*x.|*xx*x.|x.)
...Better still, have SAIL auto-provision the spa3K and SAIL will do it for you.
Kind Regards

Hi again,
Changing to only that dialplan will cause every number that I dial to sound like busy :/
re: Better still, have SAIL auto-provision the spa3K and SAIL will do it for you.
I've set the SPA3000's Provision Enable: to yes.
Is this all I need to do in the SPA3000, to make it auto configure?

Not if you did it correctly.
I've set the SPA3000's Provision Enable: to yes.
