Hi all,
I'm trying to upgrade php to 4.1.2
Doing a rpm -Uvh or -ivh php4.1.2-2es.i386.rpm gives :
php = 4.0.6-7es4 is needed by php-mysql-4.0.6-7es4
php = 4.0.6-7es4 is needed by php-imap-4.0.6-7es4
php = 4.0.6-7es4 is needed by php-ldap-4.0.6-7es4
php -v gives 4.0.6
What am i doing wrong or am i forgetting something ..... i don't know anymore. Could someone shine a light on this please.

yeah, you're forgetting to download the other RPMs and upgrade them all at once as specified in the HOWTO.

I think i have them all. I tried the rpm -ivh/-Uvh *.rpm too
I don't see any howto. Can you direct me to it so i can follow it ?
Thx

Like all the other contributed HOWTOs, it's linked from http://www.e-smith.org/cgi-bin/contrib.cgi.
