Installed contrib - signal-event upgrade, then reboot, enabled Mailman, received admin password, access area to create a new list, completed appropriate entries, clicked submit
Receive error that I don't have authentication to create a list ... I'm using admin password so should have authority to create.
mailman/errors log shows
May 25 13:53:25 2008 mailmanctl(5678): PID unreadable in: /var/run/mailman/master-qrunner.pid
May 25 13:53:25 2008 mailmanctl(5678): [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/var/run/mailman/master-qrunner.pid'
May 25 13:53:25 2008 mailmanctl(5678): Is qrunner even running?
mailman/grunner log shows that it is running
Via MC /var/run/mailman/master-grunner.pid is present
Why can't I create a mail list?
