Title: MoinMoin version 1.6.3

Just an FYI, I installed moinmoin 1.6.3 on SMEV7.3 with latest updates using http://forums.contribs.org/index.php?topic=33417.0 as a template changing only the version in the "tar" step. It appears to be working fine

Perhaps worth to put the instructions in the wiki in the Category:Howto (http://wiki.contribs.org/Category:Howto).

I did not want to "steal" or take credit for another's work, I strictly followed the instructions.
