DNS-O-Matic (https://www.dnsomatic.com/) is a tool that operates much like a DynDNS name updater but it also adds in the ability to update the IP address for an OpenDNS (http://www.opendns.com/) account. I would personally love to see this one as an option as part of SME's stock options.
I would love to do it myself but have no clue how to. The goal would be to get you external IP address and contact DNS-O-Matic with it using your account created on that site. Then DMS-O-Matic will update OpenDNS, and a host of DynDNS services based on which accounts you add into your DOM account.
Anyone up to this? Right now I have one of my systems behind the Server running an app that does it, but I would far rather have it done via the server directly.

Try sme7-ddclient-3.7-1.noarch.rpm 52 KB 12.11.06 ddclient panel for SME Server. Adds a ddclient panel to the SME server-manager.
I used this on sme6 for dyndsn and zoneedit. Very usable.
