Title: Ext & Agents

I’m having a problem getting agents to work, I’ve setup agent and created an extension but how do I link them.

I'm assuming you have created a queue?

Point your inbound trunk at the queue (open inbound route dropdown).

Your agent should have the queue selected as one of the queues it will service (each agent can service up to 6 queues).

Log in as an agent at your extension (see here -  http://www.selintra.com/docs/cgi-bin/view/Main/DocChapter27 - look at *65*).

All done

Thanks.

One question once an agent is logged in the Active icon changes from a X to a connected now when you click it I get:

Internal error
Internal error! Unknown state: sysInfo.

Hi Graham,

This is a bug.  The icon should not be clickable in the agent panel.  I'll schedule a fix for the next release.  In the meantime, the error is benign and will not cause any damage.
