Title: HTTPS externally, HTTP internally? (eGroupware specifically)
Post by: jankowskid on June 12, 2008, 06:52:51 PM
Was wondering if anyone could point me int he right direction on how to set something like this up.  I have a need to disable https for users connected from local machines and the server itself (so it can talk to itself without https from a java app).  What I would love to do is use the "Local Networks" db with maybe mod_rewrite in Apache from a custom template.  Apache is not my strong suit, so any thoughts on this would be fantastic.

More specifically my setup is this...

Cell w/Funambol client > Funambol install w/GroupDAV connector > eGroupware Groupdav interface

As anyone that uses eGroupware and SME knows, the SyncML wont two-way sync (unless someone can prove me wrong here...), but groupDAV does...hence the complicated setup. The problem is that I don't think the Groupdav connector supports ssl.

Thanks in advance.
